Our hosting management comes in two layers providing you the most comprehensive support available. First is the direct relation to the actual web host that your site lives on. The second is a relationship with us, your hosting management service.

It is essential to understand where to send requests to get the fastest best service. Here is your playbook.

If your site goes down or is showing an error, you want to contact your host directly.

Your Host: Flywheel

Support: help@getflywheel.com

Login: app.getflywheel.com

You should have received another email from Flywheel that let you create an account with them to log in and manage your site.

Flywheel offers fantastic support for WordPress sites. You can email help@getflywheel.com 24 hours a day, or if you prefer live interaction, you can log in to your hosting dashboard and open live chat 24 hours a day. All emergencies and errors should go through this channel.

If your host tells you that they cannot solve an issue, that the problem will require custom development work that is your responsibility, or even if you feel uncomfortable with their answer, you are welcome to forward your conversation to support@managedwp.rocks. We will help you resolve the issue.

If you are looking for help on your site from a webmaster, marketer, or developer, you may also email support@managedwp.rocks, and we will help you find the best path to meet your goals.

If you need to update your credit card or check your billing history, you can log in to your billing portal at:

https://managedwp.rocks/customer_center

You should have received the username and password for your billing portal in the first email we sent you.

If you want to cancel your account or have issues with your billing, please write to support@managedwp.rocks, and we will help you.

You'll want to make sure that you white-list support@managedwp.rocks so that you receive all the critical emails we may send you about your hosting.
