When you send an email from your website, it normally sends from the server's mail function. The deliverability of this type of email can vary widely.
We provide all of our clients with a free SendGrid account that allows us to send fully verified email that gets delivered with much more reliability.
However, to set it up with proper verification, you need to update some records on your domain name and change a couple of settings in your account.

You will need admin access to your site on Flywheel before you can set this up. You must let us know who the admins on your site should be, if you haven't done so, please send us an email to support@managedwp.rocks with your list as follows:
- Site URL
- Full name & Email addresses for Admins
- Full name &Emai Addresses for Notices
- Full name & Email Address for billing issues
This has to be for each website, if you happen to have more than one hosted by us.
Then we will set the users provided for access and each should receive an invite (check spam boxes, then after following the login instructions, you should be able to see your site's settings.
NOTE: If you log in to your site dashboard, click on the Advanced Tab, and under the Sendgrid verification tab it already lists your domain, we may have already handled this for you.
Once you have that, if you are having a hard time updating your records, you are welcome to send us a login or shared access to your domain name management account and we will help you get this set up. Again, you can just email us to support@managedwp.rocks
As an aside, if you already use Sendgrid or another mail service for your domain through a WordPress plugin, you don't need to execute this step.
